I’m a compassionate and encouraging counselor committed to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. Therapy is a collaborative process that should foster an atmosphere of trust, respect, and genuine connection to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, gentle, and tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and strengths. We will work together to explore and identify patterns that create challenges in your life and develop practical tools that empower you to make lasting change.
While I have experience working with children, families, and older adults, I have a passionate interest in helping women who are struggling with a range of emotional challenges, relationship issues, and trauma. I help women get to the root of their challenges so they can find relief from past experiences, improve relationships, and feel better for good. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or wanting to grow, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive but also encourages meaningful change and accountability.
My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can show up as your authentic self. If faith is part of your authentic self, I invite you to bring this into session with you. I bring a Christian perspective to counseling, but my priority is to always provide a respectful, supportive space that honors your unique beliefs, values, and life experiences.
Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult time or looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing!
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can connect, answer any questions you may have, and see if we’re a good fit. I’m committed to helping you work toward meaningful healing, growth, and renewed hope.
